We are a multi-discipline engineering and management firm composed of King Engineering Associates, Inc., Stouten Cramer, Inc., Ardurra Group LLC and BCG Engineering and Consulting.

We have three core areas of practice:

Jeff Stouten, PSM / President
Jeff StoutenJeff has been in the Land Surveying industry since birth. As a third generation registered Florida Land Surveyor, Jeff draws from a broad knowledge base and diversified business background that serves him well in providing clients with a professional and thorough product. He has been involved on all levels of numerous projects including large scale municipal, infrastructure, commercial and residential projects throughout the state of Florida.
Jeff has a B.S. Degree in Business from Belmont University in Nashville Tennessee and is also a licensed Land Surveyor in that state. He has served in many capacities in multiple civic and professional organizations including President of the Collier-Lee chapter of the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society. Jeff is proud father of his son (and possible 4th generation surveyor) Clay and enjoys competing in Triathlon's and playing poker. 

David Keith Cramer, PSM / Vice-President
Keith CramerKeith is proud to have begun his career with a solid foundation in the basics of surveying under some of Florida's most respected companies and professionals. He earned a Bachelors of Science from the College of Engineering at The University of Florida, where he graduated with honors. As a state licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper he has managed a wide variety of projects and people. He is an active member of the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society, the U.S. Green Building Council and the Cape Coral Association of Realtor Affiliate Committee. With in FSMS he has held varying chapter offices, was named "Associate Member of the Year" in 2006 and is currently serving as Chapter President. He is currently serving as Chair of the Affiliate Committee of the Cape Coral Association of Realtors.

Don Stouten, PSM / Project Manager
Don StoutenDon began his surveying career in Michigan after serving in the United States Marine Corps.  He transferred to Southwest Florida in 1980 where he soon became a partner with Johnson Engineering, Inc. managing the surveying department and a wide range of surveying projects.  In 1988 he went out on his own to eventually form Stouten & Associates, Inc. where he functioned as owner, providing residential, commercial and municipal surveying services throughout Southwest Florida.  Don has served in many civic and professional organizations including the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society where he held the office of President of the Collier-Lee chapter and state Director.  His experience ranges from residential surveying to large scale roadway and municipal projects.

Laura Burger, Office Manager
Laura is responsible for managing all aspects of office operations, productivity and administrative support. Originally from Miami, Laura re-located to Southwest Florida in 1992. She has worked as a Business Analyst and Billing Manager for several top wireless telecommunications companies and has also been employed as Administrative Assistant for a local environmental remediation firm prior to joining the staff at Stouten Cramer, Inc.  In addition to six years in the surveying/construction industry, Laura has extensive experience working with billing, accounting, computer operations and customer service and can assist you with any of your questions or concerns.
